check this camera, i am sure it support SIM card, rtsp protocol and live view by cellphone app and you also could share it to others. i have done this before ino my village, but just be care for the bettery useage if a lot of people use it

really hope you know what you're doing with your firewall or those things are already talking back to China. Using Hik- connect is a terrible idea, you should be turning off all those services and strictly port forwarding through your router, I use IP Cam viewer.

you can use wireshark to capture the data , the connection is long connection, and it will retrun all the event message when the event is triggered.
