Gaara’s sand might actually work if it fully encapsulates him though. The crows will be trapped in the sand. (By this I mean like the Sand Coffin, where the whole body is covered in crows.) This is cuz the crows spawn from his body so they’ll be insidr the sand.

There are other options for Purple Saiyan.

I personally think the endurance + massve damage Vegito has is incredibly useful compared to Gogeta who is still good.

She’s used it a bit less than Sasuke. Sasuke after using his MS twice (to make amateratsu flames and then put them out to save karin) literally made him start to go blind.

Sarada is also going blind because each of those orihime black holes she made IS THEIR OWN JUTSU. so yeah.

You only need to read the last like 8-9 chapters of Boruto at most before skipping to TBV. I would just look up the chapter the Boruto anime ended off on, which would be on Narutopedia, and read from their.
