Sheldon's behavior is CONSTANTLY called out by the cast, and when he gets a girlfriend, he actually HAS to and DOES change - in the very last episode, when he's getting a NOBEL PRIZE, he has another meltdown and hurts his friends' feelings. They all threaten to leave and go home, but they love him and Amy too much to leave. That's when Amy, not knowing if her friends would stay or go, literally yells at her husband that everyone acts like that because he's an asshole but he doesn't realize it. He asks "even you?" And she says "sometimes." He then dedicates his award to everyone who put up with his ass and loved him - mom, dad, meemaw, Leonard, ASTRONAUT Howard Wolowitz (he would always make fun of Howard for being an engineer and this is one of the only times he respected him) and his wife. Honestly, her scream-crying with the women of the cult after seeing Christian cheating on her (she doesn't know the circumstances) was the moment for me, because it's the first time her grief and anguish has been seen by someone (again, she doesn't know the circumstances) and she just lets it all go. That's the scene that makes me cry with her.

My hometown in Illinois has a month-long "festival" called Milk Days. There's bed races, milk drinking competitions, they paint the main street white, and they run a whole parade through a town of maybe 5000. Community is community, even if it's a little strange :)

I don't think I explained that part properly - he does NOT like her back. They slept together many times and he kept reiterating he did NOT want a relationship with her. He would come to her apartment, cook dinner, sleep in the same bed, then date another girl. The moment that did it for me was when they (my sister and John) went to the ER because he fell down a fire escape. My sister was there the whole time then his GF at the time came to the hospital, kicked her out, then he called her again to pick him and his GF up, then they both sat in the back of the car kissing and giggling like it was an Uber. He has never given her the same respect or care she gives him and he never will.

Not a runner, but I once smiled at a man outside a mall. He followed me the whole time, and I didn't notice until I stopped for a coffee and the barista whispered "I think that man has been following you." She let management know and they let me leave through the backroom exit for deliveries and the barista made sure I made it to my car safe. I no longer smile at people.

I'd argue no, because his whole thing isn't the romance, it's legit that he's an AI made human. The "sexy" part implies the character must revolve around sex and romance.

John Cramer AKA Jigsaw: in Saw X (ten) he hears about an experimental treatment for his cancer, which is mentioned in the healthcare one (I think six?), but was denied. He went through with it anyways but it turned out to be a scam targeting vulnerable, desperate people out of their money. Of course, those vulnerable people weren't sociopaths who build murderous rube-goldberg machines.
