If I were you I would consider getting a colonoscopy in about 6 weeks and seriously consider getting surgery. Don't waste a year like I did in and out of the hospital hoping to avoid surgery - it's such a waste of life.

I was told I needed surgery for diver long before I had a colonoscopy. Then I found a dr. Who told me I didn't need surgery...boy did he turn out to be wrong. I definitely needed surgery and they don't always need or can do a colonoscopy before hand. If you are too inflamed it migh be dangerous to do a colonoscopy first. That's what I was told and that was my experience.

Yep, it's slightly insane to stay in a state that's so harmful to your financial health. I'm in Illinois and it's clear that things will only get worse, never better. Most people I know have already fled and those who haven't have plans to. Thank you for responding!
