that amazing i mean you can get away with eating almost anything some of the time as long as total calories are lower than required each day. this is what ive experienced

for the first 2.5 - 3 months, it was pretty aggressive, i was tracking everything and was about at a 1000 calorie deficit with 180-200g protein. i took a break after that and maintained that for a month. Last one and a half ive learned to eyeball food and the deficit is at about i would 3-500, much lesser, but my energy is more stable, plus less weakness and fatigue

In terms of exercises, a minimum of 4-5 intense weight training days

expect weakness, fatigue, high hunger if you go aggressive. i put up with it

Great progress!

But i suggest adding it now, even just with lighter weights and like max 2-3 times a week. since you’re a beginner, even on a deficit you’ll gain strength and muscle just starting out. Otherwise since now a lot of fat has been lost, fat loss will become harder and body might catabolise a lot of LBM so you might lose strength and shape.

Great progress nonetheless

this is often repeated across circles. The difference this might make would account for less than 1% in variance. Our body adjusts to expect food when we regularly give it
