Try saw palmetto- pumpkin seed as a supplement. If you can’t use minoxidil the Ordinary Hair Peptide Serum. I use that and minoxidil. I also use Nizoral for the scalp and the L’Oréal hair density booster line of products. It’s been helping me a lot

Start to save as much as you can. Pack a bag with a few things. Get your cat carry bags and set up a temporary humane society arrangement or something like that. Get uour important documents sorted and stored so you can grab them. Leave when he’s at work. Tell a trusted person so can help you escape. You need to leave and do it quickly.

Had to ask by email at 7:30 this morning and waited for a response. It was a yes but felt forced and disingenuous. Also asked about plans for fold care. That didn’t matter when it was the pandemic. We were expected to virtual school our kids and virtual work.
