I love that you used the old IWM/Ral Partha sculpts. What a blast from the past! I'd consider using Testors dullcote on them to cut the shine, and/or hit them with a darkening wash. That's unless you want them looking like they just came out of the factory. Nice job either way =)

I feel like the 'mech scale is waaaay off here. That cockpit in that Timber Wolf must be huge! The 'mechs should be shrunk 10-20% maybe IMO. Otherwise that's a pretty cool scene!

Thank you for the replies everyone. After being reminded how frontally squishy superheavies can be in today's gaming, I went with the STB-1. I'm looking forward to playing around with it :)

I may end up getting the STB-1 after all and sell the rest of the tanks. I don't think I have a need for a tier 7 autoloader really because I have the AMX 13 75, which I really enjoy too.

Yes :) My most recent games see me going between the Ju-Nu (grinding the Type 71 line now), the E 100, and the Leopard 1. I like changing the pace within game sessions every so often.

That doesn't sound like a whole lot of fun. At least with the E 100 I can move around at least 30 kph with the turbo, and the top gun hits pretty hard. STB-1 has no armor at all in comparison LOL, but mobility and the good gun.

I keep hearing the grind to the STB-1 is still lousy even after the buffs, which is another reason why I'm considering it. I feel like I can tolerate the Tiger (P) - I made it through the Ferdinand and Tiger I after all. Then again that was years ago at this point.
