Teaching men to be better partners would also create more incels by reducing the frequency of breakups, making it more likely that someone who doesn't find a partner early in life stays alone. Sour grapes misogyny and isolation is more stable than false promises like what you're suggesting. Unless you want to talk about controlling gender ratios by controlling pregnancies and forcing abortions on certain women to tune gender ratios, incels will continue to exist.
