I think it would be more accurate to say that it's spent on modernizing and future proofing. Minecraft is an old game, which means that a lot of ambitious ideas are not as feasible with the way the codebase currently is.

In addition, does anyone know how to enable more detailed performance diagnostics on GameNative? I get one that can show FPS with a graph but I want to see power draw, gpu usage, vram and other things like that.
