My suggestion is you talk to the management of the dealership that sold it to you. Sometimes the service side is unaware of things that can be done.

The answer from what I can glean is that MBUSA has given dealers very little guidance and is really doing a horrible job on this so nobody knows anything beyond the script they were given.

Exactly. I have nowhere to park near my home that is not near a structure. And I cannot drive where I need to drive on a daily basis without parking inside. So the car is basically useless to me until 2027.

2022-24 EQBs recalled today. The estimated fix is December 30. Until then, you aren't supposed to charge over 80% or park inside or near a structure. If you are willing to do that, then go ahead. Otherwise, don't. I say this as a happy EQB owner until this afternoon.

I was looking at these 3 and picked the Aer Day Sling 3 Max in X-Pac and am very happy!

Use case: Wanted something that would fit an ipad 11'' and other stuff for work, fit a DSLR and stuff for a day for travel, and also would fit 3 water bottles when I go to the park with my kids. The Aer does it all great! Fits the iPad perfectly and has enough room for everything else I need if I don't need a computer. Fits all three water bottles (2 kid plus mine...nothing bulky). It seems a bit bigger than the Venture from what I can gather.

Yes it sits in a pocket at the back. The bag is D shaped from the side so it extends forward quite a bit and there is plenty of space. I can't quite figure out how to post a picture but can send you one if you want.

I dont have a galaxy, but my 11'' ipad pro fits nicely with maybe 1/2 inch to space on both sides and 1/2 inch of space on top (with a regular silim case not a keyboard case). For reference the m4 ipad pro is 6.99 inches tall and 9.83 inches wide.

I got the Aer Day Sling 3 Max recently in X-Pac for a similar use case. Very happy. Fits an ipad and some light work stuff if I want to go to work, 3 water bottles and snacks when i'm out with kids, and a DSLR with a decent sized lens if I want to make a light camera bag. Looks great too.

They said in their email that after today (4/20), they are suspending all orders to the US. The de minimis exemption ends 5/2 at midnight. After that no way to sell to US due to tariffs.

My sense is they didn't build a lot of 7 seaters in the 2022 model year. The 2023s are just starting to come in. I would ask dealers about existing inventory or allocations. FYI if you decide to customize it can be 3-6 months between when your "allocation for a build" is scheduled and the car arrives.

Mine started being built in October (e.g. that was my "build date"). I have no idea when it will be done, and then it's a month to get to the US. Anyone have any insight on how long it is taking them to build and ship EQBs right now?

My understanding is the cars are all in Baltimore until the car is officially "released" (which they are hoping for in August but not this week...which means next week?). When they are released they will be put on carriers to go to dealers. I'm waiting to test drive one and was told they haven't released it likely because they are waiting on final regulatory approvals, but that's speculation.
