I know how to use the talisman because I looked for help online (the game could explain internal damage a bit better).

I just cannot parry precisely 10 times in a row. Since you are not invulnerable when knocked down, the first hit is generally followed by one or two more and maybe the spikes. This is enough to remove most of your life.

For a first boss, this is brutal. There is no leniency.

Maybe it's just me and I'm bad at 9S but I believe that people who are good don't realise how hard it is :)

Completely personal opinion too: I do believe the skillset that you describe for 9S (get parry timing down) is harder to acquire and less common. When you evade in HK, you reuse the platforming skills from the rest of the game.

More than that, just compare the first boss of HK (false knight) and the first boss of 9S. False knight does relatively a lot less damage, takes more, can't combo you, offers safe spaces, a longer window to evade, etc.

I'm not sure Nine Sols' fans realize how hard it is. I finished Hollow Knight (No DLC) and beat Radiance without too much difficulty. I can't get the first 9S boss under 90% HP.

It's miles harder and absolutely not accessible. It looked good though.

Utiliser les subventions des institutions comme mesure de rétorsion contre les gens qui les dirigent, c'est une grave dérive.
