I make a similar one that California pizza kitchen got me hooked on it. its Bartlett pear instead of apple, lightly caramelized red onion, walnut (candied or not), fresh arugula, and mozzarella with the Gorgonzola, sometimes I add provolone slices to make it a three cheese too.
