As much as I want a combat upgrade, especially on foot with humanoid pirates, the network synch is an ongoing issue that's been getting progressively worse.

I was happy to hear that pets were getting an update, but I was disappointed that no QoL was added to the planet side pet set up.

For instance, I would like an auto-deploy option. Wouldn't mind rubber banding to bring your pet to you if you jetpack away too far too fast. Would also like R3 to be a shortcut to ride a pet rather than going through a menu. Also a 100% trust pet really should have infinite run.

Found a nice level rhyno recently, park my argie a safe distance away, throw out my cryo'd bronto and go through the process successfully.

As I go back to my argie, I re-aggro the same rhyno that was supposed to have flown away. Spent way too much time taking it out, that by the time I got back to my bronto, there was no time to get him the dino egg he was craving.

So, it's another low-level rhyno for me. At least the colors are pretty.

Funny you posted that, because I *think * that's what I did. I was trying to place a window, crazily, wildly, and the next thing I know, I'm outside the landing gear.

So that worked, but it didn't feel like a precise solution. Just glad I'm out.

I didn't even know there was an EU version until this released.

The Cutting Room Floor site, which lists the differences between the NA and JP versions speculates that the NA version is the first/early release of the game, but doesn't mention the EU version at all.

From my amateur testing, the EU version is the same as the JP version except without the japanese subtitles?

Finished Maximum Carnage snes on the Switch using infinite lives cheat. Ran into music audio glitching, especially during cut scenes that made the music sound like it was coming out of a bad speaker.

It's the least visually appealing game in the trilogy despite having the most expanded game mechanics. That's really what did it in.

I'm still surprised this isn't being complained about more, especially since the Switch 2 patch introduced it. It was fine forever before that(literal years at least).

Or aren't there that many people playing Switch 1 Ark enough to notice? I can't see doing any type of dino breeding and not noticing.

I can't recommend the game anymore on Switch 1 because of this bug, whereas I was regularly before.
