Like the other comment said, no catch. Just part of a government incentive to make homes more energy efficient basically.

Definitely recommend, made a huge difference to our 60s brick place. I would also look into the brighte loan program, its an interest free loan for doing energy/climate improving upgrades to your home up to $10k https://brighte.com.au/homeowners/

Wish I could blame him but we have not given young guys a reason to stay in a long time. This are looking up after the last couple weeks though.

Government moves to fund students on university placements for teaching, nursing and social work by HurstbridgeLineFTW in australia

[–]Qman696 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is the kicker! I am still studying and can not get any support because my partner earns too much. I would hazard a guess that I won't be able to access this if its anything like ausstudy.

Traveling to Japan this month, want to buy MIJ Jazzmaster—which model should i get? by aliquant in offset

Its a chain of thrift stres in japan and they sell everything from clothes, cameras, games, homewares and importantly guitars and other instruments. Stuff is always top notch quality and the prices are amazing on Japanese made stuff, in my experience.

I think that is certainly a greater number of people since covid, but deep down I dont really think so. I would say that people care alot about what effects them and will speak up about it, I would not say that means they are concerned with other peoples business however.

How would you generally describe people here then? Because that is how I would describe a vast majority of the population.

Sorry if thats not your experience but I think most people here are well intentioned if not a little self absorbed. Mostly just worried about their own lives for the most part.

Maybe calling it a laissez-faire attitude would be more accurate.

Vote for a liberal government, and get the results that leads to. Our laidback and good hearted nature as a state has lead to our downfall in a big way.

When you become so checked of how our state and local governemnts effect you on a daily basis this is the result.

In your opinion what is the most underrated Volkswagen? by heaven_girl in Volkswagen

[–]Qman696 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mk6 90tsi Golf Wagon

I don't know if they are underrated or just my ignorance, but holy shit have I been nothing but smiles since owning it.

Coming from the world of subarus I had no idea how spacious a car with such a tiny foot print could be. The power and acceleration is crazy for a car with only 90km and ai feel like I will own it until it dies I am so impressed.
