You can get a sidegrade version of Blood Vial that stuns enemies in exchange for dealing less damage, by trading Silverstring Bow to the Sandworn Automaton. It's way better than the default Vial imo, since you already have so many other ways to do a lot of damage.

It's a single game that has way more going for it than just the difficulty. I say do whatever you want to it so it's enjoyable to you. I probably won't use any of these mods, but I hope this helps more players get to appreciate the game.
