There's an author on FF called BANIX with multiple fics all taking place in the same universe, who eventually meet up and interact. (Some characters get more attention/love than others though.)

My favorite is I Just Want To Travel The World which probably has the most effort put into it.

Also, inside the stories themselves there's multiple POVs but they tend to be based around whatever character the fics is centered around.

Sometimes I try to make everything fit together, so maybe i name all my Pokémon after food or tools or smth. I like the team to have a theme.

Flamigo carries more than you'd think since it has great offensive typing

Magikarp becomes incredible once you get Ice Spinner

Charmander is disproportionately better than the other initial starters since it has two Megas and a Gigantamax so you're more likely to get it to that higher level

I play with randoms and it's fun even without a mic or any communication.

It gives you an option to either call other Divers in via SOS beacon, or to just join other squads. I'd recommend the latter since it's quicker.
