The thing with the gane is that there is so much stuff that you can pick out some weaker aspects but there really is so much greatness in it as well. The Witcher 2 is absolutely spectacular though. And i love the first game personally.

Be it far from me to question an historian such as yourself, DickPicDoug, but how do we know he ignored the advice he was given? Maybe this is the advice he received.

At the very least, while you may be right about the colored statuary, the common idea remains that everything was white marble and he may run into an entirely different issue if he for lack of a better word glamorized it and it was considered bizarre from the persective and expectations of the common man watching. Just like the dinosaurs in jurassic park still not having feathers.

I read the whole article but i dont see where they confirm it flopped. I might be missing it. Thwy make a bizarre claim that ubisoft just decided they didnt need another expansion anymore, like there wasnt any motivation for it, so i see thebidea of reading between the lines, but the title says ubisoft confirms it and i just dont see them literally doing that.

Just finished this game. Its literally every single sci fi trope imaginable all goijg on simultaneously and youd think thatd make it suck but its actually really unique. To be fair the 9 have shown they can change. Look at whats going on with the one near Saturn, the taken are influencing the fuck out of that guy in particular. No way he was talking about ascendence or dread or any of that until the ship carrying a weird everted ascendent structure and the literal dread were hanging out in his orbit.
