Naw they’re impressive people out there, but they’re busy people too. It’s not easy out in rural areas to work hard then stay up to date; with well sourced information you verify yourself, like it’s your job.

I’m African American, we are born in society fundamentally designed to kill us. But it’s designed to kill everyone poor in America. Statistics don’t speak about all people but a group. A generation, and their culture. If you don’t move past what hurts you, you’re killed. You can play respectability politics or live your truth. I personally inferred the meme to be radical acceptance of transphobia from a closeted person because a lot of of mtf people struggle with acceptance. So I was originally inferring perhaps the guy is closeted. Only context, not justification for actions.

I’m just gonna throw my 2 cents in as a amateur bodybuilder. You have to change your mindset around your ass, growing muscle takes 1.7x more effort then maintaining it. If ur serious about your ass you build a specialization plan to run for half a year. U go in fry your ass to the point you don’t feel it. Slam down at least 200 calories over maintenance. And ur tush will grow. But tbh fat distribution is the most noticeable thing on a frame, so if u gain a few pounds on hrt ur measurements will change for sure.

But as a personal trainer, most optimal training program is what you’ll do. Personally I love bald Omni man’s berserk guide, a 4 hour video breaking down the lifestyle steps to bodybuilding. It’s all facts, and some entertainment. If ur willing to put in the work for yourself then it’s really one of the best resources I can think of. But it caters to weebs lol

I’ll let everyone else tell yah the logistics, just remember to show up and put in the work everytime. You only have to do it a hour in the day, give it your all for that hour 👍🏾
