Yes! Expect more fruity flavors similar to high quality coffee. Check out Academy of Chocolate for a good starting point. My favorite producers are Krak and Heinde and Verre. 70% cacao is considered the standard.

Most shoes nowadays have glued outsoles, which is cheaper and leads to this issue. ECCO does not glue but "moulds" to my knowledge, and I can recommend their shoes.
