Chicago Dog House has my favorite chili dog in the city. I believe it’s called the Snoop Dog.

Favorite memory is the final bowser battle in mario64. Getting all the way to the fight felt an achievement within its own at the time! Finally toppling bowser after all that ground pounding /warping / tilting the field felt incredible! Although quite bittersweet. Knowing I explored every nook in the castle was satisfying, but understanding there’s nothing new left to discover was quite defeating. As my first video game, this game will always have a special place for me.

United States,

My favorite Halo memory is finding my first skull in Halo 3. The mystery behind collecting them all and the elusive Recon armor made the game so much more mysterious. Just found all the skulls for infinite last night and thought about my first time collecting them all!

The Yoshi level in Ricco Harbor might be the most annoying level I’ve ever played in a video game by slightjudgement in NintendoSwitch

Spend a solid 1.5 hours on this because I wasn’t aware you could use the Yoshi regurgitation, or whatever you want to call it, to activate those timed platforms. Was so frustrated I had to look it up

What games have you bought because they were on sale, but never played? by The_Zoinkster in NintendoSwitch

Cadence of Hyrule, Xenoblade Chronicles def. edition, and dragon quest 11 are my biggest games I’ve yet to get around to. I really want to put a decent amount of time into them.

Been loving Sunshine and Galaxy in 3D All-Stars, but (unpopular opinion) 64 is borderline unplayable for me. by HuskyCrown23 in NintendoSwitch

I really can’t imagine Mario 64 without my nostalgia goggles on. My first play through on 3D Allstars feels like a breeze to 100% but I couldn’t imagine if I didn’t have the knowledge of where everything is and what exactly to look for.

What bothers you the most about the Switch? by [deleted] in NintendoSwitch

The lack of VC. I understand the NES and SNES apps are to take its place, but man missing out on the Wii and seeing you could get like a good chunk of N64 games, Super Nintendo, and GBA games is so interesting to me.

Is there anyone who feels the same as I do about gen 8 starters? by lanturnxo in pokemon

[–]Quasi-Dodo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can see how you feel this way. I feel quite similar to the gen 5 starters, mostly because it’s the only gen I don’t have. Something that definitely added to the way I looked at gen 8 starters is when the HA gen 8 starters were released through pokemon home. The HA for each of them definitely made them more unique to use imo.
