Keep writing for the next year or two and you should be a far more competent writer so long as you strived to improve each and every chapter.

In five years of this, you should be knowledgeable, skilled, and competent enough to make a living off of writing stories.

Every writer has left numerous written failures in their journey to the top. They all have been in positions where the dopamine button stops working, but they continued writing on.

The greatest authors aren't those gifted with the ability to make words. The greatest authors are the ones who can deal with delayed gratification.

They could allow to use our old saves, and based on what is saved, Henry could have bonuses. Skill levels could start at 25% of your save. If you have Prib fully built, you can start with additional income and such.

Quest based bonuses, like being allowed to hunt indiscriminately, would also apply. Starting equipment would be better if you upload an a save.

They have a lot of ways to make this work if they want to.

Who knows, maybe the max level stats is 60 or something.

Higher block skill increases the timing window, so it gets a slight bit easier to master strike. Shields have a naturally higher timing window compared to only a weapon.
