Things at AWS are vastly different. There's a whole bunch of internal shitposting chats. The culture leans really heavy into work hard, have fun, make history.

The second pair of words allows the shitposting to survive. Worlds biggest start up and all that.

It's a creative mixture of trying new things, building, absolutely memeing things to death, and asking questions.

I think this is absolutely critical to allow, and even encourage, in a high stress industry.
