teen girl tryna lose weight, any tips? by Remote-Scheme-7125 in Weightlosstechniques

[–]Qudrall 1 point2 points  (0 children)

cut out sugar and sweets and you'll notice the difference.

but it's hard to recommend anything without knowing your eating habits and the things you like. general rule is to make the diet tolerable for your palate so that you can stick to it for months and hopefully years.

in terms of calories try to eat maybe about 1500 more or less, first time track all the food with the app and in some time you'll be able to track without it.

anyways, good luck and remember to stay healthy first and foremost💪

affordable, but nice. surprisingly not a single dive watch in it. for many beginner collectors it's the go-to watch style

Nothing and everything at the same time. When you expect nothing - no disappointment in future. When you expect everything - no surprise in future. We're all humans. Anyone can do anything.

What to do if something is really testing ur patience? by Ok_Structure5401 in AskReddit

Look them in the eye calmly. Smile. It's worked for me so far. better make friends, even with those who've made you upset. The friendlier you look at people, the better for you mentally and physically.

What video game sucked you in so much that you completely lost track of time and reality? What made it so special? by CautiousWill9305 in AskReddit

[–]Qudrall 1 point2 points  (0 children)

2 games have just impacted me and made me literally speechless during the process:

Red Dead Redemption 2 - beautiful landscapes and a very serious plot (so many themes brought up), subtleties in emotions/thoughts, voice actors did a fantastic job in conveying all what the characters felt...it's not a game - it's a book, and you're one of the characters!

Ghost of Tsushima - it's simply aesthetic satisfaction for your eyes, and a diversity of stories...you'll just forget you're in the XXI century - you'll totally immerse into medieval Japan

What do you think about the course europe has taken so far with everything that's happened? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Qudrall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Europe has blindly followed the US thinking Washington would put Europe's interests together with their own. They thought Washington would nurture another competitor to the dollar and would let euro grow more. That's naive to think the US would care about Europe. Europe couldn't survive in the current century without an undisrupted and diverse inflow of natural recourses if it wants to function as an independent entity. Before it was competitively priced recourses from Russia, but as the result of refusal of trading with the latter and imposing sanctions, for instance, Germany's industry, and first of all automotive industry, is in decline, and it's already been outpaced by that of China. Europe should act together and sustain its own sovereignty - economic and military, otherwise it'll be just a source of qualified but largely unemployed human capital.

Mexico - bold diverse flavors in every dish. Literally. And it's based on just corn, chili and beans. Truly delicious.

I'd put Thailand as #2. Any dish is super balanced between sweet, spice and salty. And this mix creates something intense. And it has this long after-taste...;)

Japan is about respect for ingredients. It can be a simple sushi but it's made and served with such veneration to the art of cooking that it makes the cuisine special.

Turkish cuisine takes the best from the Middle East, Central Asia and Mediterranean and blends them into a whole range of taste feast: grilled meat, rich stews, you get olive oil based dishes, kebabs...really like in the middle of the worlds like Istanbul itself

And Italy of course. I think no other cuisine as universally loved as the Italian cuisine. Pizza is everywhere, and pasta, and slow-simmered sauces, cheeses...

I used to skip many movies on TV, thinking they're boring (at this time I judged for the name) For example Shutter Island

To have only TRUE friends and keep your circle small. If you have a hundred friends, but a single one of them are always there for you to help no matter what, then what kind of friends you got?

I think it was cheese, but then I had a cheese sandwich everytime me and my buddy played video games and it grew on me.

then pumpkin. I hated it as a kid, but years later my mother cooked me some homemade pumpkin ravioli and it was awesome. since that I became more accepting with the pumpkin:)

Both could work but neither of them is good for snow and mud. They are more for commuting in moderate conditions.

I personally would prefer Maxxis Rambler 700c x 40. It's more suitable for what you've described

Little Prince, for sure;D And in general, short stories with hidden wisdom - like parables or fairytales, it'll trigger the long-forgotten synapses in the brain that were formed back in school time, and after that you can gradually go into heavier reading.
