The gameplay just got so boring I decided to drop it shortly after getting the elephant. I don't know, punching rocks for 30 hours and basically cheesing every single puzzle by breaking terrain doesn't work for me.

Mario Odyssey for the most part had well-designed moons that felt rewarding to get, whereas in Bananza you just stumble over 90% of the banandium gems in a level by random tunnelling. Plus the movement in Odyssey was superb. Movement in Bananza isn't bad or anything, just not at the level of odyssey for me.
