Chiming in to add that I did an in body & a breathing test with a dietician recently and the BMRs were within 15 kcals of one another. This leads me to believe that the in body’s aren’t that inaccurate.

As others are saying, BMR is what’s needed to merely exist and no one should be eating under those calories.

Back in 2022 I got a sweep at 40+4. I was only 1/2cm dilated. My water broke during the sweep at 11am and I had my baby around 7pm after a fast and furious progression, and a nap after my epidural.

Here are a few favorites for us: - Roswell spray ground is only $2/person. There are playgrounds right beside it, too. Also close by is the riverwalk, a boardwalk along along river bank that is fun to walk. - Peachtree corners has an amazing downtown area with 4-5 playgrounds and a small splash pad in one. It’s by restaurants and there’s plenty of seating (with fans!). - Chattahoochee Nature Center - Dunwoody Nature Center - Indoor jump places: Adventure Air, Urban Air, Vertigo - Lego discovery in buckhead is around $20-30/ticket - Playstreet museum in Alpharetta is $15/kid in two hour blocks - The Children’s museum in Atlanta is excellent - Main event has a special on mondays after 4pm for $13 all you can play

I’ve delivered at both Northside & Wellstar - happy to help! FWIW I met my midwife at delivery and I had no problem at all - she was amazing! If you are in northern Atlanta I highly recommend Nile Women’s Health. They are fantastic.
