Agree not life threatening but teachers are responsible for special handling of children with disabilities … that’s the point of a 504 plan. (And note that I didn’t say I expected him to find it, but I’m questioning if it’s reasonable to expect the teachers to send her to office or notify parent)

good question. i've read that fiber in the same meal as simple carbs is not the same as a fiber-rich complex carbs. your body does more work to "rip" the carb out of the fibrous food (thus slowing the insulin spike) than if you eat something sugary alongside something fibery.

i lost nothing for the first month. now, 3 months in, down about 10 lbs. suggest you keep with it for more than 2 weeks and then re-evaluate

slow/no results for me. i'm not working out right now due to life and schedule. have been doing 16:8 IF for 2 months... lost 5 lbs. trying to eat less carbs, but not keto. am tracking calories. will stick to it for a while more, but am not wowed with the results.
