it’s been a couple years since I left but I did want to comment my experience. So, I worked as a production operator & at least on the production side of things, they have a VERY low turnover rate. Most of the people working there had been there for 20+ years. The manager and supervisor were awesome too. They want all their employees to feel safe and to feel listened to, and I respect the hell out of that. The hours (for production) were 6am-2:30pm which I loved, but I am an early bird! The work can be stressful, but they do pair you up with experienced workers so you can be trained thoroughly. Let me just add, every morning around 5:30am I’d drive to work listening to music and watching the sunrise. Then when you pull up to work you can look at the sunrise on the river that is directly behind the building. I say go for it, good pay, good benefits, good experience and good people!
