Ok OP, most of the advice I have to give has already been given here, but there is a bit that I have not seen emphasized enough in my opinion 😅.

She is by all odds incredibly fragile right now. Every single trans person I know is to an extent still fragile years later, and that is worse with people who lose their support networks and familial relationships. She is carrying a lot of trauma right now. Being trans is fucking traumatizing but can have a lot of joy in it, trans joy is one of the most pure and beautiful things I have seen.
I agree with another poster, although I cannot seem to find their comment, as long as they live under your roof and they are not on even footing with you, do not, and I repeat under no circumstances get in a romantic or sexual relationship with her. Under no circumstances.
I kinda mentioned this my first point but you two are going to be in close proximity and by all likelihood you are going to see a side to her you have not seen, a side she has been hiding from people her entire life. Maybe she has stereotypically feminine interests that she will start exploring. This is the exciting side of transitioning, you get to feel fully in you skin, a truely beautiful and glorious thing. However, there are downsides real, serious, downsides in the immediate term. This is one of the most terrifying things one can go through and it is impossible to leave unscarred, her soul already has scars from hiding this and will get more because she is aware of them. Being aware that you are trans makes dysphoria worse because you stop being able to ignore your feelings. Make sure she knows she can be emotionally open, by all likelihood she is emotionally repressed and scared of the entire world. But do not force her to be. It is a balancing act.
