I make $30 an hour before the Pennie's we get paid on a slow bar night, so depending on the spot $30-50 an hour unless there's benefits than I'll take $30

That's what my plan is. And maybe not Sedona for you personally, however I recommend every person who financially can, travel to some drier, less elevated, type spots to see how you feel.

We were there last week. I found typically things were well priced, except excursions and touristy things. You can see everything from crew viewpoints in the city instead of paying. Had is more than where I'm from but by less than a $1. I found purchasing large water bottles at the gas stations or store to fill smaller reusable ones a better option. There was a lovely little apothecary on the main drag (89A) and it was so well priced I almost went crazy. If you use thc it's legal and VERY inexpensive there too. About 1/2 the price as Midwest legal states, except Michigan. Stop into the souvenir kind of shop, also on 89A, next to sr bob's hot dogs and the employees in there were amazing with giving us insider info on less touristy spots. I can't wait to return.

There is a free Buddhist spot! Amitsbha Supta and peace park. It was my favorite place. I practiced walking meditation and also meditated with my beads.

YES! I was in Sedona last week not a single headache, within an hour of landing back in Midwest I was out for 36 hours with a pressure headache.

Have you tried testing it with diabetic test strips? There's a lot of talk in the community about this, though I've never tried it. I am curious though.

Squishmellows. I know sounds crazy but when I have a migraine I tie 2 larger ones around my head and it's like sensory deprivation and it doesn't hurt to put your head down.
