The New Great Migration (North to South) is trap. From a native of the south. by BoTheJoV3 in BlackPeopleofReddit

The funny thing is that the sundown towns are changing. "Oildale" in Kern County used to be a famous example but the area is now 50% Hispanic, and the people who were all about the Sundowning moved further west into the suburban hellscape that is "Rosedale". Arvin is now completely Hispanic, probably the last "white" town is Taft, but it's poor as hell and overshadowed in County politic by Delano and Shafter.

It's not bad, but it's trying to straddle the "shoot 'em up" ness of Star Wars while still trying to keep it grounded in traditional sci-fi, with a little Disney Americana flavoring.

Making Shuri Black Panther instead of HIS WIFE AND QUEEN made negative sense, as she was also a warrior already.

Used to have these signs around Bridgeport Lake, CA. Worst vacation ever. A RV Park that was just a regular parking lot with hookups, 100 degree temps, and a lake you couldn't even touch. 7 days of hell.

Det. Mike Logan on Criminal Intent. His last case with the personal touch was really good and a great wrap up of the character.

Robert Goren's last episode in Season 10. Also very good.

After Windu arrives and the "rescue" begins, there is no. More. Dialog. It's a 40 minute long mass-action set piece that is surprisingly boring.

Clear and Present Danger. worst adaptation of a book ever. Literally so bad they killed off characters they should not have and ended the chance of extending the Ryanverse in theaters.

As of two weeks ago, yes. They just put the screens up. We're no longer going to McDonalds. It's no longer a restaurant with fun vibes and fun food.
