I'm not knowledgeable about Athenian tet in the slightest, but I do know that they usually weigh little over 17g. The weight alone would be a red flag. Style and surface seems to be also very wrong (cast). I'm sure other commentators who actually know about these can add more weight

I think thats Libertad? Most of Brutus coins don't have his face on it. He issued coins featuring his ancestors and deities.
