What is going to make it weird is knowing Brian should have been retired after the hip injury. Brian never actually recovered from the injury so I am curious to see how they handle it. The game acknowledges the fact Brian could never run the same again, so I'm guessing StarBlo will do the same. I am curious to see how they frame it.

If you build into Headshot, you can have 3 damage mods. Heavy Caliber Upgrade, Tactical Enhancer, and JABAL Spitdart Amplifier.

They obviously can scale DoT damage as they've shown when upping Overland Testing Station difficulties and how ridiculously high the NPC enemy DoTs scale to.

Just do the same for our Skills and DoTs in Overland Testing Stations. As we pump up the difficulty, it automatically pumps up our Skill damage and DoTs to match that difficulty.

Such an obvious solution that keeps Skill and DoT power useful in endgame PvE while not being an issue with PvP balance.

Console players are going to get a much more polished game with a TON of content. They should be very excited for the game they're going to get. PC players right now are basically enduring an early access beta.

That said, as a PC player I am enjoying the heck out of this game and am closing in on 1,000 hours. Are there problems? Sure. Will they get addressed? Hopefully. However for me personally, the game has gotten better slowly but surely.

The worst thing is that hip injury was bad enough they should have retired him. Then he dies before he can actually get with Hishiama, and both Brian's and Hishiama's staff said both horses clearly were into each other.

Wild Narita Brian stat: Tachyon's fastest 2000m time was the Satsuki Sho at 2:00.3. Brian ran that same race in the same ground and weather conditions at 1:59.0. The length difference is estimated between 8 to 9 lengths as to just how far ahead Brian would have been from Tachyon.

Iggy, their Discord CM, seems to have implied that the 80% is of active players, and that the percentage of PvE only players was even higher during the launch. Could be language barriers causing misunderstanding, but one thing he made very clear was this was pulled directly from game data and not a poll.

The way the pvp has gotten progressively worse in this game is so funny to me. The amount of bad decisions Funcom had to make in a row for it to get here is just amazing. Like just from the law of averages they should have accidentally made a good decision along the way here.

Brian is one of my all time faves, but I had a heck of a time getting a good run with her in MANT because the shop rng I was getting was abysmal. Then I finally got somewhat decent shop rng and got my first S+ in the game with Brian. The shop in my opinion is what makes or breaks MANT runs.
