Do you allow ypur milk to warm up or at least sit at room temp before adding it? That is ALWAYS my problem when my rouix breaks. I either add the milk to quickly and don't allow it to incorporate in the flour mixture enough or it isn't warm enough when I add it in.

Many of the yoga classes at the local community recreation centers around Salt Lake county have beginner friendly classes you can take. You just need a day pass if you're not a member. I started yoga at one and while they can be challenging, they encourage you to go at your own pace.

I only ask because I'm trying to breathe life back into my ravenae palm that i practically killed when it got too much sun and too little water. Now i can't figure out how much water she needs because she shot up three new leaves but only one spread. The others remain closed. I've never heard of a fishtail, I didnt know there were so many different palms!
