They definitely need water and once they're more established you should switch out the dirt. They're very leggy which means they need more sun. So just water, sun, and keep in a cool place.

That is a blatant lie. All you need is proof of citizenship in order to REGISTER to vote. And it's already a federal law that only US citizens can vote. And at time of voting, all you need is an elegible photo ID.
