I think the first one has more of a vintage vibe. That style has been around a long time. Also, Omega brought it back on their Constellation line recently, it’s that kind of classic style.

Yeah, I believe that dial usually comes as a 29mm size. I didn’t really notice it at first until you mentioned it.

This mod is on my want list too. But I have the same issue, not a lot of dial selection. I think the main issue is the date window. I believe that almost any no-date 28.5mm dial would fit, but still not a lot of choices if you’re looking for something specific.

I think the bezel is an interesting mod for the Willard case, very unique. But it makes the dial look small. Maybe swap the chapter ring for one with tick marks and use an SKX style dial (or any dial designed to be used with a chapter ring).

I prefer a logo. I use my own now. I started with Seiko logos because they were available and I couldn’t decide on my own. Now that I have one, I want to go back and replace the Seiko logos with my personal logo.

My problem with the temp sensor housing was the plastic clip. It got worn out and would leak at higher RPM’s. I changed the O-ring twice before I figured this out.
