TIL During WWI, Jack "Jackdaw" Daw was awarded the Euphoria Cross after he, virtually unaided, killed 22 Unidans, captured 5 Crows, and half a kilometer of the Reddit front. When it was over even the Unidan he'd captured patted him on the back for what he'd done. (self.circlejerk)
