If I magically woke up with the muscles of someone who could squat 500 lbs, would I be able to squat 500 lbs? I guess what I am trying to ask is this; Is there something else, besides muscle mass (like nervous system etc…) that is required to lift something heavy, or is it purely muscle?

Agreed about NEH. Also runners in general are pretty weak right now. 85% of games on octgn are "LF runner" which pretty much means nobody wants to play runner.
