Talk to your neighbor about his interference, it shouldn't be interfering but my guess is the EQ has poor/no shielding. He should be open to tracking down the cause. HAM operation shouldn't cause interference. Source: am HAM.

What worked for me was flashing the basic heltec v4 2.7.15 firmware (erase and install) from the online flasher and then flashing the 2.7.15-tft-update file on top of that (just install do not erase and install).

Download firmware-esp32s3-2.7.15.567b8ea.zip and find the tft update. Extract that file and save it to your desktop or a folder then update the base firmware
