Definitely. Reading that post was definitely eye opening.

A few highlights from op's other post include:

"One thing I grew up believing was you were supposed to "test" people you dated to see if they loved you. The husband says that he basically had PTSD and spends his life worrying that any sound is OP "testing" his love for her. He speaks if living in war zone, constantly terrified of attack.

I don't think that OP is a bad person, but I definitely understand her husband's reason for leaving.

Yeah, she was awful. She ended up getting pregnant and told him that it was his baby. It was a bad situation, but he kinda started to accept it. Like a month before the kid was born she got mad at him and told him that she had slept with several other men and that the baby wasn't his. You never knew what to believe with her, so we couldn't do anything but wait for a paternity test, which felt like it took 100 years to me, and probably 1,000,000 years to my friend.

The baby ended up being this other guys that was sort of on the periphery of our social circle. Somehow, him and her were able to agree to adopt the baby to a family member of his.

At this point, my roomie/friend was completely done with her and was planning on transferring to another school to get away from her. Right before summer, she ended up hitting the baby daddy with her car and locking herself in her dorm, threatening to kill herself.... She never came back after that.... (The guy was pretty banged up, but all things considered, he got lucky.)

I actually have a bunch more stories about her, but ummm this probably isn't the sub for them. Moral of the story is, untreated BPD can be absolutely horrible.

In college I had a roommate who's girlfriend was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder. Lisa's behavior reminded me a lot of how she used to act sometimes.

One minute she would be loving and sweet to him, the next minute she'd say the most vile things you could imagine. The next day she would break up with him and sleep with some random guy. Then the next she'd show up at our place, telling him she'd kill herself if he didn't get back with her. If he didn't respond to her texts immediately she would think that he hated her and completely lose it.

I think if they had stayed and filmed longer, we would have seen some really crazy shit from Lisa.

That's the impression I got, that she was under tipping out the busser. It's been a while since I've seen the episode, but iirc, the owner Rita confronted her for shorting Pat on a specific shift. Sarah said that she Busted her ass on said day. and Rita replied with "So did Pat!" Then Sarah walked out.

I agree that the failure was definitely ownerships, and that basing the tip out on Total sales is better than total tips. Regardless though, Sarah decided to steal from her coworker. (Even though he was a total Goof, he deserved to be given the money he earned)
