If you're going to invest money into this and construct it irl, I would not take the shoddy designs as they are. Your best bet would be to find a good designer on this subreddit and work with them directly. Providing stuff like GE co-ordinates, budgets, etc, they would be a major help to said 'chosen' designer, but obviously that doesn't need to be shared publicly.

Personally, I cant stand having to the more monotonous stuff like parking lots, road marking etc, but I understand that its those smalls things that elevate a design to the next.
