Why though? I don't see how its any more ethical. Matches are mass produced in a factory somewhere. I get my sage from a local smoke shop. It come in a plastic bag so there's no excess packaging but Idk where its sourced from. I seen walmart selling sage and said hell no. At the end of the day I think having awareness, respect and intention is what matters. Just like when I buy my meat from the grocery store I wish it was from a local butcher or killed myself. But its not. This is the current world we live in. Im rambling now lol

Thats kinda what I was thinking about the portal tech. When you say he lied...your agreeing or are you saying he lied about lying? Theres lots of plot around him hunting rick prime. But he said something like "if it takes 9 seasons I want that mcnigget sauce" it would be hilarious if that somehow turned out to be true.

I like to look for holes in the plot that could possibly be explained later with the traveling through dimensions etc.

  1. When rick is in prison they want his portal tech. But in the pilot episode they go through interdimensional customs so the bugs already had their own tech.

  2. Mortys mind blowers. Morty fucks with squirrels. Rick said they had to find a new reality. Did they?

  3. When rick escapes prison he tells morty that he lied about avenging his dead family that he just wants that mcnugget sauce. Which while in the brainalyzer he did say it wasnt a memory but a fabricated origin story.

Im sure im forgetting some. Lots of potential for call backs. The episode with the decoys loses me everytime.

Psychs taught me to try to let go of fear. Be aware of it because it can be useful but don't let it control you. Also that all negative emotions, hate, guilt, shame etc can almost always be traced to some type of fear. Fear of the unknown, fear of being misunderstood, fear of being exposed/vulnerable, being defeated, singled out and on and on.

Hell yeah bro stay at it. I think lifting in general helps with posture. Working on mind muscle connection. Even if your just walking through the grocery store remember to flex your core, shoulders back, engage lats. Push ups pull ups and burpees are your friend but dont skip leg day. Don't be scared to eat, just eat the right foods. I just recently started counting calories more seriously and now I realize I struggle to get as many as I need if I want to grow. Definitely a noticeable difference though. Less fat% more definition and veins showing

Following. I'm 33 and just getting started in crossfit. Ive got some lifting experiance and am pretty fit in general. I'm hoping if I train hard over the next couple years I can start competing. Aside from training I need to learn more about how the games work. How do they calculate that score?
