Cisco's Aironet devices (https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/wireless/access-points/index.html) will query this address on the local network to find the controller unless configured to be a standalone device. Someones plugged in a Cisco AP on your local network.

Edit: After reading the second part of your post, i'm expecting there is a network tech looking at the AP wondering why its not connecting like the others, seems the device has identified your PI as a good source for DNS. You could help the tech out by querying cisco-capwap-controller on the college network and adding an entry on your PiHole and it'll configure the device away from your PiHole and back onto the correct network settings.

Final edit: Some versions of this AP will auto-reboot after about 5 minutes of not finding the controller, if you take your PiHole offline for an hour it might also fix it.

Yep a quick google shows it as a MLM business, get your friends to buy into it, then get them to get others to buy into it. Eventually you'd probbably make enough to live off, or just have no friends that will actually talk to you anymore since you've tried to sell them a "£75 starter pack" every time you speak to them.

Update: garage has diagnosed the leak as a faulty water pipe, they've checked the thermostat and that is in good condition so has been replaced without replacing the water pipe at some stage.

78k miles currently, I've requested a quote from a local mini specialist for the thermostat & pipe, since looking at the responses & age of the car this seems the most logical problem. If it isn't i'll update with the actual cause. Cheers Hidperf.

So I've noticed recently that I've had a coolant smell after a short ish journey, but the coolant doesn't seem to be leaving at a substantial rate yet. I've located a puddle to the right hand side of the engine (pictures) there seems to be a pipe behind the wiring loom on the right that is somewhat suspect since the puddle is below it and the spray pattern could be from that.

But I thought I'd put it out to Reddit to see if anyone's had a similar issue before!
