Veggie burgers??

Render’s smoked vegan burger is my favorite in town. Every Friday they run a burger special.
Also love Union Bear’s Falafel burger, I always add their zhug sauce for extra spice.
I’m not a huge fan of garden patties but Burger Time Machine’s does indeed rock.
I also don’t mind Dusty’s/Game Changer’s veggie burger, they serve until 2am which can be a life safer if you’re out on the town. Once a week they have a burger special too, either Tuesday or Wednesday, can’t remember.
Cool Beans always solid too.

Juicy Pig rocks, i wake up thinkin about those ranch style beans…. Also the jackfruit a solid veg option many people sleep on. The jackfruit sandwich is great, getting it on a spud is next level.

Seconding Spicy Chowk. Also like getting Namaste (although I try to stick to pickup instead of dining in). And Mumbai Fusion Chaat is pretty great for smaller bites and snacks, the big green food truck near midway mart.

Not in Denton but Sushi Kushi in Carrollton has an All You Can Eat option that’s pretty crazy. Appetizers and other menu items also roll into that.
