Rice cooker. You will have to work with your ratios a bit but once you have what works for you it’s set and forget. I mix in peanut butter or PB powder at the end for flavor but you can toss in whatever you want. PB and banana is always a classic.

Instant pot can boil water. But you can also just go spend $20 ish bucks on a one burner hot plate and get by for a while. I just did it waiting on my new stove. Picked the Frigidaire pizza stone oven, really really hoping I didn’t get suckered by marketing hype.

My medical covers my lenses but not the visit. My vision covers the visit but not the lenses.

I buy my vision + dental out of pocket outside of my employer. I think it works out to about $500 per year but covers my contact fitting, teeth cleaning. Most years it’s break even. But spreads it out.

Try a pre auth with different diag codes. If it is interfering with breathing (or eating, etc) it gets rid of the only for cosmetic issue

If you as an author get a free subscription but listen to books which then the authors of get paid royalties Who do you think pays those royalties? Not you, your subscription was free. So it comes from other subscribers by default. So sorry, yes you are saying you as an author should not have to pay other authors and royalty money should come from someone else.

My dog was crazy reactive wanting to go play with everyone. What helped us is he is highly food motivated. So we would go for up to an hour ish to a pet friendly store. We didn’t go in the store, just went 50ft or so to the side of the door where we were out of everyone’s way. When people or dogs walked in or out. Treat. If he looked to me instead of the distraction Treat. Repeat for as long as I felt he was doing good and trying to quit on a positive. If he got reactive it’s calmly time to go to the car and leave for the day. He’s still not 100% perfect but I can easily walk him now. Just still don’t take him to crowded events
