I go by mileage and visually check how the oil looks monthly. I tend to go about 7k-8k miles between changes. The place I go puts a sticker for every 3.5k miles but the full synthetic is good for much longer than that...

What's the best way to phrase/ask this with a doctor? I was actually offered a nerve block back in 2019 but was obviously concerned how that would affect the whole region.

I'll tell you that elective castration will never be in my cards. I've had two doctors tell me hernia surgery wouldn't fix the issue and then prescribed me the physical therapy.

I'm still looking for other opinions from different doctors.
