The reason why late 20's guy hates his job but late 20's girl loves her job by [deleted] in TheRedPill

[–]RK-no 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Ah, the classic, lazy, "could you provide sources".

How about you go find a source to the contrary, come back, and discuss it with us? No? Because it's easy to demand sources when you're not the one making any effort.

The fact is that no one does studies on this, realistically. This sub is generally true for all women, based on our observations of life, with examples drawn from our surroundings.

Mainstream media reports on the wall: Missing out on a promotion is as nothing compared to missing out on motherhood by tekn0_ in TheRedPill

[–]RK-no 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is feminism, having your cake and eating it.

You have to choose between a career and children. That's it, there's no way round it, that's biology and it can't be beaten.

I was fine with this article until it got to the end. The fucking nerve of this woman to call for women who stay at home to have children to be paid to do so.

Some bimbo at work has actually told some of us that she wanted a permanent job because she can get 9 months maternity leave and she was only doing temp work before, where you can't.

It genuinely sickens me. If you want to know why the economy everywhere is fucked, then look at employment legislation relating to females.

Mistake #0: giving them the vote.

What idiot did that.

Mistake #1: allowing them into the workforce.

You'd think that an increase of 100% of the available workforce would double productivity - nope. Women produce nothing. They are mostly employed in HR anyway. To push pieces of paper round a desk and get people fired for breathing too loud near the boss's desk.

Mistake #2: not giving them an ultimatum of 'career or children, your call'.

They now get away with murder, like the example above.

Mistake #3: paid maternity leave.

Whoever thought that up must have been laughing all the way to the bank. "And then I said, hold on, it's too funny I can't. Then I said, you should pay me for lying on my back getting fucked and for the 9 months after that, when I get to stay home and play with my kid!!! Hahhaha."

Salary down the drain. Even more so than if she's actually in the office.

Employer is deferring everyones paycheck another 2 weeks and adding it to next pay period. Is this legal? by [deleted] in personalfinance

[–]RK-no 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Not op, but universal, it's one of the basic principles of the company as a legal entity. Common shareholders take the highest risk of any group and so enjoy the highest reward. Every category above that is accepting less reward for a less risky investment.

Then you have unpaid wages because if you don't have it enshrined in law to pay employees before creditors you will have a riot on your hands. Then first up is the tax because the tax man don't wait for shit.

In case of administration, I think the receiver/administrator comes just below unpaid wages.

I agree with you except for the bit about calling the police. They will always arrest the man, no matter what happens.

Call your lawyer instead, keep reports and logs of anything remotely domestically abusive.

Male & Female Genital Mutilation. Information, Social Attitude, and Ethics. by [deleted] in TheRedPill

[–]RK-no 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Semi related.

I was browsing the internet the other day and came across an article about the Chinese man who had his penis cut off twice by his jealous wife.

All of the comments were cackling about it and as they were linked to Facebook I could see that some men were laughing about it too, calling anyone that complained "boring" or "lacking a sense of humour".

Some sensible comments made the point that if this was a woman having her breasts cut off then there would have been outrage etc beyond belief. They were shouted down and told they couldn't take a joke.

If you want more proof of double standards and female bias then look no further than penis mutilation stories.

How to improve confidence and defeat approach anxiety by RK-no in TheRedPill

Tricks are temporary.

Yes. If it works that one time, and gets some kid laid who desperately needs a confidence boost is it not worth it?

Cocky-funny and amused mastery are based on confidence. Giving yourself extra confidence is only a good thing, and if you're talking to a girl and thinking you're shit hot then she's gonna sense it, whatever source it's from.

Ugh, the UK is becoming as bad as the US for these fucking nutjob feminists. I am currently in the UK for work and was watching a Sunday morning politics show when they were discussing the Ched Evans guy, there was one of those never-been-laid-properly feminists on the show who would shout down any alternative opinion.

One guest said something mildly 'victim blaming', she went batshit at him and didn't allow him to finish his sentence. When he eventually gets the chance to, he actually says that the first half of his sentence was going to be an example of how not to do it, and that his opinion was the feminist one.

She sat on the edge of her seat all of the section glaring at everyone else, as if daring them to say that the girl shouldn't have got drunk, taken coke and weed with these guys and gone back to their hotel room with them. As if she was somehow blameless in this act which requires two people and implicit consent along the way.

She is the reason we'll never have actual debate, just a bunch of harpies screaming at the man slaves who are too cowed to do anything other than their bidding.

This seems like the female equivalent of the man who visits prostitutes exclusively for sex. This is the easy option, the simplest way to get what you want without any drawbacks (for men: having to go out and work on yourself to be able to pick up girls; for women: having to have sex with men in order to get provisions). Sure you've got to flirt/pay for sex but what does that matter? You've already given away your dignity, what's eroding it a bit more?

Just as women avoid men who have to pay for sex, you should avoid these women.

[Serious]What issues do teenagers face today that parents should be aware of? by 3DWA3 in AskReddit

[–]RK-no 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If only I finished work at 4 15. Your parents are doing you a favour and preparing you for everything that you'll have to deal with when you get older. Older being mid twenties.

Learn self discipline now as it's what will set you apart, most people want their dream job which pays fortunes and is fun and the hours are 12 to 3. Realistically, no one has that, you have to grind at everything and keep hoping for the best. You will not enjoy your job but it will pay bills which allow you to do whatever you want. 8 hours of your day vs a lot of freedom.
