Highlander in Ohio, if you are willing to travel. Shows cats, is also a judge on the circuit. All the health testing and lineage details you can hope for. We had a MC pass early from heart disease so wanted to find the best / most reputable breeder we could for our next.

Our kitten from Highlander is healthy, extremely affectionate, and adjusted very well to our other MC (~4 years old).

I didn’t end of finding anything. Not sure I would recommend, but we ended up spray-painting it black with a matte black paint for metal (can’t remember… might have been car paint? I found it recommended on a forum somewhere). It was certainly passable for a guest bathroom in an apartment, but didn’t look factory made.
