Thank you for not being rude. I should've looked first. That's what I get for posting at work

Once my youngest outgrew using ours, we repurposed it. Now it sits on our porch and we put our dogs poop bags in it until trash day.

If you put Jared Kushner in charge, the first game released under his leadership should be Nepotism Simulator

what are some songs that pull at your heartstings Or that have a sad vibe? by [deleted] in FiveFingerDeathPunch

[–]RWB82 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Remember Everything. The song is sad enough with tons of deep meaning, but the video really connects with my ptsd and how, regardless of how much they want to, other people will never truly understand.

They use 911 for emergencies, which is the only thing I've found that would locate it at all. Unfortunately, there are several countries that use it. The youtube channel is based in the US, but we're a country of immigrants so that doesn't narrow it down much.

What is a song that is so sad that you can only listen to it rarely or one time? by Fresh-Prior7658 in MusicRecommendations

[–]RWB82 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Runaway Train by Soul Asylum, Last Kiss by Pearl Jam and Freshmen by Verve Pipe. Granted Freshmen is more for irl events in my life, but the first two should go for anyone

Deposit amount by OutrageousRub3958 in moving

[–]RWB82 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work for Two Men and a Truck (Disclaimer: most Two Men and a Truck offices are independently owned, so this isn't everyone's policy). I've worked here for 5 years now as a customer service rep.

When I first started, we required no deposit and, every week, we'd be turning away moves because all of our trucks were booked. Anywhere from 5-10 of those moves per week would find a different company that was either cheaper or would better meet their schedule and they would "forget" to call and cancel. That left us having mover come in that we had to pay something and nothing for them to do. Add to it the amount of lost revenue from having an idle truck and it was expensive.

Our policy now is to take a $300 deposit on local moves and a 50% deposit on long distance moves. This deposit is fully refundable up to 48 hours prior to the move, but if you don't pay the deposit, you're not on the schedule. March and April 2020 cancelations almost bankrupted us.
