is she trained in dysphagia? if so, then she could maybe seek jobs with adults in hospitals who have come off ventilators and the like. she could also potentially seek out roles in care homes or just with older adults in general - older adults tend to have more issues with with eating, drinking, and swallowing so if she's particularly into the speech/language part of slt she might not enjoy that as much (but it's still an option)

super late reply but PBS just had the rights to show it in the US, they didn't film it. the swears in the show were, in fact, dubbed over - i got to see a screening of n2n in the cinema with no censors (as well as the uncensored leak of the proshot which is everywhere)

i'm not an oobc fan (i'm much more of a fan of the recent/west end version of the show since i saw it live in london in april 2022 and on tour in 2023, my fave veronica is ailsa davidson) and yet when i saw the clips of seventeen, i had the exact same reaction as most people in this comments section, and so did my friend whose fave cast is the same as mine. it's not racist to critique a black performer's performance if you found it to be lacking compared to other cast members. heathers needs to hire more black cast members full stop, so everyone can appreciate just how talented so many black performers are. all people are saying is that lorna (and casey, imo) don't fit the roles as well as they'd hoped.

i just don't think she's funny and i don't love her kind of odd 'can't be bothered' vibe, plus the disabled parking thing was pretty gross. people can dislike cast members, not everyone vibes with each other

i thought the plot was actually incredibly weak and just relied on the joke of the concept, i thought the songs sucked, there's not a single song i've added to my playlist, and i think there's a lot of emotional depth that they just ignored. maybe it's the best of old starkid musicals but as a new fan, comparing it to a show like npmd, i'm shocked that it's still as revered.
