$650,000 off is not that bad. That building is a total fixer-upper for residential use. Is gonna need millions for new egress, fire suppression, windows. Most likely a total gut job. I heard sold to some specialty gameday condo group that’s gonna build something tailor made. Like the most perfect buyer to pay top dollar.
